No more need to zest those lemons! Our lemon peel is the dehydrated zest of the lemon.
Our dried lemon peel is 3x stronger than fresh lemon zest - therefore use 1/3 of what the recipe requires. Example - If the recipe calls for 1 Tablespoon of fresh lemon zest, use only 1 teaspoon of our dried lemon peel.
To rehydrate, soak in water for about 15 minutes.
