Only need a little bit of buttermilk for your recipe? Buttermilk powder allows you to always have buttermilk ingredients on hand. No need to buy a litre of buttermilk when only 1/2 cup is required.

Prepared for the food manufacturing industry, our buttermilk powder is ideal for baking and other food applications.

Simply add buttermilk powder to your dry ingredients. Then add the water equivalent when it calls for the buttermilk in the recipe.

- Keep refrigerated for a long storage life
- Use 1 part Buttermilk Powder to 4 parts water. Example: 1 cup of buttermilk is equivalent to 1/4 cup of Buttermilk Powder + 1 cup of water
