Cacao Barry is the French division of the Barry Callebaut company. This rich cocoa powder displays an intense, glowing red colour and provides a deep chocolate flavour. Experiment as a covering for truffles or as powdering for desserts to add a fine copper colour. A favourite of bakers.

This cocoa powder is awesome. It weighs up heavy so you do not need to use as much. It has a robust flavour and when used in conjunction with the Callebaut Milk Callets in a recipe (such as my Brownies :) ) the combination is exquisite!
