Moist and chewy with a sweet-spicy flavour. Used as a natural remedy for ailments including nausea, cramping and indigestion. Crystallized ginger is simply ginger root that has been dried and preserved with a sugar coating. Diced to make it easy to add to tea and baking. Or simply eat as-is.
