Icing fruits are concentrated fruit pastes that add real fruit flavour to frosting, batters and doughs. Made for baking and easier than mashing your own fruit. Simply add 0.5 oz per 1 lb of frosting, batter or dough.

Delicious baked goods and Icings	January 29, 2013

I love this product, I use it for my strawberry cakes and cupcakes, and can make perfect strawberry buttercream with it. The Icing Fruits does not affect the texture of your cake or buttercreams becuase it is so concentrated. A little goes a long way!! Also adds a nice color. I will use it for sugar cookies too!

This product is exactly how I expected it to be. I used it to flavor my cupcake; a new recipe I am developing. It has good strawberry accent on the finished baked goods, but not too strong. It also has very good color. I have to use 1/4 of the container to flavor 16 cupcakes; can get quite pricey-the only downside.
I am very happy with the services from Vanilla Food Company. I have been ordering things from them twice now and can never find a negative comment. Fast shipping and good packaging. Great price on the beautiful vanilla beans!
