Ingredients: white chocolate 58.5% (sugar, dry whole milk powder, cocoa fat, nonfat dry milk, soy lecithin added as emulsifier, natural vanilla flavour), nonfat dry milk, hydrogenated vegetable fat (coconut, palm kernel), glucose syrup (wheat), milk proteins, acetylated mono- and diglycerides added as emulsifier, lactic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids added as emulsifer, sodium alginate added as thickener, sodiumorthophosphates as an acidity regulator, carrot oil colour
Directions: 1. Add 1 L milk per 800 g powder 2. Mix at high speed for 5 minutes 3. Pipe the mousse in cups or shells 4. Cool in the refrigerator for 2 hours and serve
TIP: When prepared and piped in cups, Chocolate Mousse can be deep frozen too.
