Nibs sugar is particularly suitable for decoration of biscuits, unbaked pastry, waffles and cakes. It resists oven heat when it is placed on top and there is no alteration of whiteness. Nibs Sugar can also be added to the dough. Size estimated to be 2.1-4 mm each. (P2)
