This is pure, all natural cocoa butter extracted from cocoa beans.  Our cocoa butter comes in a convenient and easy-to-use 'chip' format.  Ideal for chocolate making and baking.

Note: Due to high temperatures or high humidity, cocoa butter may melt during shipment.  We only ship cocoa butter during fall/winter/spring months when the temperature is cooler.  However, we cannot guarantee that cocoa butter will not melt during the shipping process.

1/2 lb orders are shipped in plastic containers.  1 lb and larger bulk orders are shipped in zipperlock polybags.

Store cocoa butter in an air-tight container in a cool, dark place. If the temperature of the pantry can get above 90 degrees, store the cocoa butter in the refrigerator.
