Do you ship to my country?
 
We offer a flat shipping rate for standard delivery to anywhere in Canada and the Continental United States. 
- $7.00 to anywhere in Canada
- $9.95 to anywhere in the Continental United States
Express shipping options are also available at additional charge. (Please contact us for Express shipping to Nunavut, Yukon Territories or Northwest Territories)

International customers outside of Canada and the Continental United States should contact us for shipping rates.  Please send an email to info@VanillaFoodCompany.com.
 
Note to U.S. Customers:
All pricing on our website is in Canadian (CAD) dollars.  When you make a purchase, your credit card company or Paypal will automatically charge you in U.S. dollars (USD) based on their existing exchange rates.  Generally, USD $1 = CAD $1.10.  So USD $100 would purchase approximately CAD $110 worth of product from our store.  Currency exchange sites such as www.XE.com can provide you with a good approximation of constantly changing currency rates.
 
All shipments originate from warehouses within Canada.  Generally, purchases less than USD $200 are not charged import duties or brokerage fees when crossing into the United States.  However, we cannot guarantee this.  Please be aware that U.S. customers are responsible for any additional import duties, taxes or fees charged by U.S. Customs.  For any food-related shipments to the U.S., Vanilla Food Company complies with F.D.A. Prior Notice regulations to expedite shipments across the border.
What are my payment choices?
  We accept Visa and Mastercard.  We also accept payments through Paypal.

Please note that all prices on our website (including shipping charges) are in Canadian dollars.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING CHARGES
We charge a flat shipping rate to anywhere in Canada and the United States. Flat shipping rates for Standard delivery are:
- $7.00 to anywhere in Canada
- $9.95 to anywhere in the Continental United States
 
International customers outside of Canada and the Continental United States should contact us for shipping rates
 
STANDARD DELIVERY TIMELINES
After placing your order, we typically package and ship within 1 business day. All standard orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Service and are assigned tracking numbers.  Generally, once your order has been shipped, expect to receive your standard shipping order as follows:
Canada
Within Ontario – 2 to 3 business days* after order has been shipped
Outside Ontario – 3 to 7 business days* after order has been shipped
United States
Expect to receive your order 6 to 12 business days* after order has been shipped. Please note that U.S. Customs officials may delay parcels at the border.
 
EXPRESS DELIVERY OPTION
If you require faster delivery of your order, we also offer express shipping
Within Canada (not including Nunavut, Yukon or Northwest Territories) - $16.00 per order
Within Continental United States - $24.95 per order
We use Canada Post Xpresspost Service for all express shipping orders. In general, once your order has been shipped, expect to receive your express shipping order as follows:
- Canada - within 2 to 3 business days.* 
- United States - within 4 to 7 business days.*  Please note that U.S. Custom officials may delay parcels at the border.
 
To select your shipping option, simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
 
*Please note that speed of delivery are as advertised by Canada Post. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive within these times.
 
TRACKING NUMBERS
All orders are assigned a Canada Post tracking number.  Once your order has been shipped, a Shipping Confirmation email will be sent to you. Upon receipt of the Shipping Confirmation email, you will be able to login to your account to view your Canada Post tracking number. The progress of your shipment can be tracked on Canada Post's website (www.CanadaPost.ca).

What is the return policy?
  Please contact us before returning any items.  We will provide you with a Return Code.

All items may be returned within 10 days of receipt for a refund less any shipping charges paid on the original order.  All return items should be returned within original packaging.  Any food items must not have been opened.  

Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of returned products.

We cannot accept returns if:
- Item is not returned in original packaging.
- Any food item has been opened.
- Any item has a return post-mark dated beyond the return period.

To return an item:
1)  Please email us (info@vanillafoodcompany.com) or call us toll-free (877-207-3828) and provide the name of the items you would like to return
2)  We will provide you with a Return Code
3)  Ship the returned product including the Return Code to:

4)  Upon recipt and inspection, we will apply the refund to your credit card or through Paypal.
