RETURN AND REFUND POLICY IS ONLY APPLICABLE TO CANADIAN SHIPMENTS. DUE TO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS CHARGES, WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS OR REFUNDS ON NON-CANADIAN ORDERS.
Please contact us before returning any items. We will provide you with a Return Code.
All items may be returned within 10 calendar days of receipt for a refund less any shipping charges paid on the original order.
- We do not cover the cost of shipping the product back to Vanilla Food Company. These return shipping costs are the responsiblity of the customer.
- All return items should be returned within original packaging.
- Any food items must not have been opened.
Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of returned products.
We cannot accept returns if:
- Item is not returned in original packaging.
- Any food item has been opened.
- Any item has a return post-mark dated beyond the return period.

2) We will provide you with a Return Code
3) Ship the returned product including the Return Code to:
