Cacao Barry is the French division of the Barry Callebaut company.  This rich cocoa powder displays an intense, glowing red colour and provides a deep chocolate flavour.  Experiment as a covering for truffles or as powdering for desserts to add a fine copper colour.  A favourite of bakers.

Best for Pern Klah August 16, 2017
Reviewer: Linda Doerksen from Courtenay, BC Canada
If you're an Anne McCaffrey fan, you know what this is about. After finding this cocoa powder, I dropped the grated solid chocolate, as there was no need! I also now use a combination of Ceylon and Saigon cinnamons from here for a much better cinnamon punch. No need for any sort of milk in klah. I know most people use this cocoa for baking, but I like it for drinking. Thanks, Vanilla Food Company!

Great Cocoa and cheaper than you think! May 27, 2013
Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Kitchener, ON Canada
I'm a new baking professional and I've been using this for about a year now. Even though I felt that the price was on the expensive side, it is actually cheaper by weight when compared to the best brands you can find in the supermarket! Better still, it is better tasting and better quality than anything you can find in the supermarket!

Cacao Barry Extra Brute Cocoa Powder February 25, 2010
Reviewer: Carole Laidman from Fonthill, ON Canada
This cocoa powder is awesome. It weighs up heavy so you do not need to use as much.  It has a robust flavour and when used in conjunction with the Callebaut Milk Callets in a recipe (such as my Brownies :) ) the combination is exquisite!
