Set of three stainless steel cutters measuring 7 cm (2-3/4"), 7.6 cm (3"), and 8.3 cm (3-1/4"). Use these cutters in conjunction with Cupcake/Cookie Texture Tops.
The diameter of baked cupcakes may vary according to recipe, amount of batter, and amount of icing used. Three sizes of cutters are included to ensure the circle is large enough to fit a variety of cupcake diameters.
Instructions: - Generously ice cupcake with your favorite cupcake icing. - Roll fondant approximately 1/16” (2 mm) thick. Texture using Cupcake/Cookie Texture Tops if desired. - Cut circle and place on top of cupcake. If icing has crusted, brush a thin layer of piping gel on to adhere the fondant circle.
