All our suppliers are experiencing significant delays and out of stock product issues due to not being able to obtain raw materials. Additionally, with the COVID environment and social distancing requirements to keep everyone safe, all shipping companies are expecting to experience significant delays in the upcoming weeks leading to the holidays.
Since March, due to the pandemic, shipping companies have discontinued service guarantee timeframes. In other words - they expect all deliveries to be delayed. If you require items for the holiday season, it is highly recommended you order sooner than later. The longer you wait to order, the longer it will take to arrive to you. We are estimating the normal shipping time to be doubled. We cannot control the speed in which the parcel will arrive to you. Our hands will be tied in this matter.
