You need: 1 3/4 Molly mix, 2 tsp gluten free baking powder, 2 large eggs or egg substitute, 3/4 milk or milk substitute, 1/4 cup olive oil (not extra virgin) or butter melted.
Directions: Mix all ingredients. Chill in refrigerator 30 minutes or more. Lightly grease waffle pan; spoon batter on hot pan, tilting to coat pan. Makes three 8" or six 4" waffles.
