LorAnn Super Strength Flavours and Pure Essential Oils are 3 to 4 times stronger than grocery store extracts - a little goes a long way!
When substituting LorAnn flavors for extracts, use 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon for 1 teaspoon of extract.
For chocolates, use approximately 1 to 2 ounces to 25 lbs of chocolate (or 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon per pound). Note that the following flavours are NOT recommended for use in chocolate: Black Walnut, Blackberry, Brandy, Bubble Gum, Butterscotch, Butter Rum, Caramel, Cola, Cotton Candy, Cranberry, Eggnog, English Toffee, Guava, Horchata, Keoke Coffee, Mango, Maple, Marshmallow, Melon, Peanut Butter, Pear (Natural), Pecan, Plum, Praline, Root Beer, Tutti Fruity and Vanilla Butternut.
