Ingredients: skimmed milk chocolate 70.0% (unsweetened chocolate, sugar, nonfat dry milk, sugar, cocoa procesed with alkali, soy lecithin aded as emulsifier, natural vanilla flavour), sugar, glucose syrup (wheat), hydrogenated vegetable fat (soy, palm, sunflower, rapeseed, cottonseed), milk proteins, mono & diglycerides of fatforming acids (an emulsifier), dipotassium phosphate (a stabilizer), acetylated mono- and digly-cerides added as emulsifier
Directions: 1. Add 1 L milk per 800 g powder 2. Mix at high speed for 5 minutes 3. Pipe the mousse in cups or shells 4. Cool in the refrigerator for 2 hours and serve
TIP: When prepared and piped in cups, Chocolate Mousse can be deep frozen too.
