ERROR OR DISCREPENCY WITH YOUR ORDER:
If there is an error with your order, please call our customer service line at 905-604-4202 or toll free 877-207-3828 within 5 calendar days of receiving your package. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Code. PLEASE do not ship the item back before calling and receiving a return code.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS / SHIPMENTS NOT PICKED UP:
Any order sent to a customer that is refused or not picked up from the Canada Post depot (when applicable) within the allocated Canada Post timeframes will be charged the shipping costs plus a restocking fee of 15%.
RETURNED ORDERS DUE TO INCORRECT ADDRESS:
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address given by you (the customer) at the time of ordering, we will re-ship the order at your own expense. If you (the customer) choose not to have the order re-shipped, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee plus the original shipping charges.
Unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges on special / bulk orders. All special orders are pre-paid and shipping charges will be applied when the order is ready to be shipped.
REFUND AND RETURNS:
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY IS ONLY APPLICABLE TO CANADIAN SHIPMENTS. DUE TO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS CHARGES, WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS OR REFUNDS ON NON-CANADIAN ORDERS.

All items may be returned for a refund less any shipping charges paid on the original order.
- We do not cover the cost of shipping the product back to Vanilla Food Company. These return shipping costs are the responsiblity of the customer.
- All return items should be returned within original packaging.
- Any food items must not have been opened.
Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of returned products.
We cannot accept returns if:
- Item is not returned in original packaging.
- Any food item has been opened.
- Any item has a return post-mark dated beyond the return period.
